As a member of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law group, Angelica Clément focuses her practice on commercial, corporate and securities law. She is involved in mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, both locally and internationally. More specifically, Angelica helps implement equity financing with reporting issuers and stock exchange listing processes. She actively participates in due diligence processes, and drafting and reviewing complex transaction documents. She mainly represents security, technology and health care companies and organizations in drafting terms and conditions of use, confidentiality policies, service contracts and tailor-made contractual documents.

In addition, her expertise was recently recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada 2024 in the Corporate Law category.

Angelica previously practised law at boutique law firm Séguin Racine, Avocats, which merged with Langlois in 2021. She is also active in the firm, serving on the Social Committee and Succession Committee, and is a member of the Young Bar of Montréal. While articling, Angelica took part in the largest recapitalization of a private company in Canada.

She practises law in French and English.
