Audrey Bolduc-Boisvert is a lawyer in the Insurance Law group at the firm's Québec City office. She is active within the Québec City Bar, sitting on its committee for the promotion and use of dispute prevention and resolution methods since 2020 and its services to the public committee since 2021. She also sits on Université Laval’s discipline committee as an external member.

  • Analyzed the legislative and regulatory framework that applies to an insurer with respect to protecting its clients’ personal information and meeting its obligations to the Autorité des marchés financiers.
  • Represented an architect in penal proceedings to contest three statements of offence issued under the Building Act.
  • Represented a valve and fitting manufacturer against various lawsuits relating to the legal warranty of quality.
  • Represented a building inspector in a lawsuit filed by purchasers of a century-old building.
