    Constitutional Law

    Our team has sought-after constitutional law expertise before trial and appeal courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.

    Our practice includes cases pertaining to the division of powers enacted in the Constitution and the fundamental rights and freedoms protected by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Charter of human rights and freedoms (Québec).

    We frequently advise and represent financial services, transportation and telecommunications clients before the courts regarding how legislation within the federal or provincial constitutional ambit applies to them. We also bring constitutional charter challenges and represent the interests of interveners in such cases.

    Our firm is proud to have three groups of provincially and federally appointed judges among the clients we represent.
