We are proud to have assisted the shareholders of Entreprises Marchand & Frères inc. (EMF), Jean, Jacques and Guillaume Marchand, in selling their EMF shares to VINCI Construction.
Led by Félix Bernard, our Mergers & Acquisitions team, consisting of Philippe Blais, Catherine Vaillancourt, Valérie Riffaud and our intern Inès Khalfi, played a central role in all facets of this complex deal.
