The pre-action protocol as a dispute prevention and resolution process

November 7th, 2024

On November 7, our colleagues Alix Casgrain and Stefan Chripounoff presented a workshop entitled pre-action protocol as a dispute prevention and resolution process, dealing with the evolution of the pre-action protocol and the possibility of using it to prevent cases from going to court and to encourage amicable settlements.

This workshop, presented by the Canadian Bar Association – Québec Division, was organized by the Dispute Prevention and Resolution Law Section, of which Alix is a member and Stefan is the Chair.

Langlois was a proud event sponsor.
