Langlois Lawyers is proud to announce that Sean Griffin, head of the firm's litigation practice, will chair the upcoming Forum on the recent developments in securities litigation (Colloque sur les développements récents en litige de valeurs mobilières) organized by the Barreau du Québec in Montréal, on October 19.
Sean will be joined by fellow partner Sandra Desjardins as they deliver the keynote address looking at the similarities and differences between disclosure requirements under the Consumer Protection Act and the Securities Act.
Also presenting at the conference are fellow colleagues Geneviève Claveau and Antoine Brylowski who will be looking at jurisprudence from the Financial Markets Administrative Tribunal involving cryptoassets.
