Catherine Marchand

Catherine Marchand, CHRP, is a lawyer in the firm's Business Law group. She handles a range of matters, including drafting corporate documents and commercial contracts like shareholders’ agreements, buy/sell agreements and commercial leases. She also helps set up institutional financing.

Catherine joined the team after working as a student and articling at a regional law firm. Before studying law, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, through which she gained practical experience enabling her to fully understand the reality of the entrepreneurs she serves.

She practises law in French and English.
