Anne-Marie Galerneau’s practice focuses on labour and employment law. She advises employers of all sizes in both unionized and non-unionized settings on various issues related to hiring, termination, disciplinary or administrative actions, labour standards, human rights and freedoms, restrictive employment clauses, and government programs. She also assists with drafting employment contracts and collective agreements. She helps clients with accreditation processes and with the interpretation and application of employment contracts and collective agreements.

As part of her law degree, Anne-Marie studied at the University of Essex in England, where she became familiar with issues in international law and the principles of common law.
