

Julie-Ann Blain
LawyerJulie-Ann Blain practices in labour and employment law. She advises employers of all sizes in the private and public sectors, particularly on issues related to labour standards, labour relations, the imposition of disciplinary and administrative measures, termination of employment, psychological harassment and human rights.
She also represents employers before administrative tribunals, in grievance arbitration, and in civil courts. Her practice includes collective agreement interpretation and negotiation and the drafting of collective agreements, policies, and contracts.
Julie-Ann is efficient and mindful of her clients’ interests and knows how to advise them pragmatically. She uses her rigour and analytical skills to assess all possible avenues.
Before joining the firm, Julie-Ann worked in a Québec City-area firm in labour and employment law and, before that, as a research lawyer at the Québec Court of Appeal.
