Marie-Claude Nantel-Huot has deep and wide-ranging expertise in labour and employment law. With a background in private practice as well as in-house counsel for major organizations, she advises and assists employers under provincial and federal jurisdiction on various issues relating to labour standards, absenteeism and performance management, psychological harassment, disciplinary measures, discrimination and human rights.

Prior to joining the firm, Marie-Claude was responsible at the national level for the entire labour and employment practice of a leading global technology company. She also acted as the employer’s representative in many collective agreement negotiations in the retail sector.
