About Stand-out Lawyers
Formerly known as “Acritas Star”, the Stand-out Lawyers database is comprised of over 15,000 client-nominated lawyers in private practice from around the globe. The honourees are volunteered by senior in-house counsel of large organizations who are independently interviewed by Thomson Reuters on an ongoing basis about the legal market. This assured that the database is entirely free from law firm influence and contains individual lawyers who are among the most highly regarded by clients.

"We also wish to congratulate all of our peers on their nominations.”

"It is a privilege for me to be nominated for a third year in a row in the Class Action Litigator of the Year category among such eminent colleagues," said Langlois partner Vincent de l'Étoile.

Having won last year's Litigator of the Year in Labour and Employment Law, partner Marie-Hélène Jetté welcomed this latest nomination. "Winning last year was a tremendous honour, and I am very touched to be nominated again this year, especially considering that my entire team is nominated for a second consecutive year in the Firm of the Year – Labour and Employment category. I am very proud of the work we have accomplished together."

25 Langlois partners rank among the stars

Langlois Lawyers proudly shares that 25 of our partners have been ranked in the 2022 edition of Benchmark Litigation Canada. Once again, this year we have been listed as a Highly Recommended Firm – Dispute Resolutions for Québec

Benchmark Litigation highlights in this year’s analysis, “Langlois is also one of the few litigation-centric firms in the province to have ample bench strength in Québec City as well as its Montréal base.
