We are pleased to announce that René-Martin Langlois has joined the firm as a partner. Mr. Langlois has been practising construction, infrastructure and public procurement law for over a decade.

Mr. Langlois advises local and foreign companies on all aspects of construction in Québec, such as obtaining licenses from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec and authorizations to contract with public bodies delivered by the Autorité des marchés publics. His practice focuses namely on infrastructure projects, including planning, the establishment of delivery models, the implementation of contractual agreements and the resulting negotiations, as well as the selection processes of professionals, builders and specialized suppliers.
