During this presentation, our speakers discussed the applicable legal framework in Quebec and Canada, particularly with respect to the protection of personal information. Also dealt with were the various service offerings and opportunities offered by the cloud, and how to contractually manage the issues related to the privacy, confidentiality, integrity, accessibility, accountability and control of documents and data, depending on the different contexts in which a business may operate.
