Katherine Loranger has wide-ranging expertise in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of insurance law, commercial real estate, franchise law, professional liability and product liability. Katherine also has significant experience in matters involving fraud, representing clients before all levels of the courts and advising them on the detection, investigation, prevention and recovery of proceeds of fraud. Her services are also called upon in files involving extraordinary remedies such as injunctions and seizures before judgment.
Elisabeth Neelin practises civil and commercial litigation. She has experience in a wide range of matters involving commercial law, civil and professional liability as well as in regulatory litigation and regulatory investigations. She frequently represents foreign clients, including in matters of private international law and challenges to the jurisdiction of Quebec courts. In the course of her practice, Elisabeth has had extensive experience with a range of complex business disputes and with alternative dispute resolution procedures, including the coordination of multidisciplinary teams of experts and lawyers in various jurisdictions.
