For the second consecutive year, Langlois lawyers is proud to sponsor the Pentathlon des neiges, as Signature Partner and host the corporate challenge –Défi corporatif Langlois–, which is set to take place on the Plains of Abraham in Quebec City on February 22, 2020. Last year, more than 700 competitors from all fields of the business community made up over 150 teams who competed alongside each other during the corporate challenge, all in good spirit, to support a good cause. 

The À l’école moi j’bouge programme is coordinated by the RSEQ-QCA (Réseau du sport étudiant du Québec et de Québec-Chaudière-Appalaches), a group overseeing youth sport in schools located in the Québec-Chaudière-Appalaches region and which allows children of families in need to have access to extracurricular activities, which include many sports. Thanks to the money raised by the corporate challenge in 2019, 1,000 children benefitted from the programme and were able to try out different sporting activities. Also, last year nearly 2,000 primary and high school children took part in two school tournaments, which were part of the Pentathlon des neiges. 

In addition to providing you with a chance to take part in a unique sporting event, the Défi corporatif Langlois and the Pentathlon des neiges is the perfect pretense to encourage your employees to train or get back in shape. The event is the ideal opportunity to get together with business people for a bit of healthy competition in a fun environment combining sport and good humour. The Défi corporatif gets everybody moving, outdoors and collectively, all efforts go towards supporting a good cause!
