We are happy to announce that Mr. Vassilis Fasfalis has joined the firm as a partner and member of our Construction and Infrastructure Group.
“We are thrilled to welcome Vassilis who strengthens our group and increases our capacity to act in a rapidly growing market. Vassilis brings not only a wealth of legal experience, but also a unique perspective on the industry as a result of his professional background. He will be an invaluable asset to both our clients and our team. Welcome Vassilis,” says Jean Patrick Dallaire, head of Langlois’ Construction and Infrastructure Group.
Drawing on the strength of his twenty-year career, Vassilis will provide strategic counsel to our clients at every stage of their projects from our Saguenay and Québec City offices. His expertise in construction and infrastructure law is as broad as it is deep, encompassing the management of files with interests in Canada’s Far North, business law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, governance, ethics and integrity, mining and natural resources law, and energy law. Prior to joining Langlois, Vassilis held management positions with two leading Québec construction companies and spent more than ten years with a prominent Québec law firm, including as a partner.
Jean-François Gagnon, Chief Executive Officer of Langlois Lawyers, added: “Langlois’ priority is to continue to expand its wealth of knowledge in order to better serve its clients. It is with this in mind that we target the very best talent, not only for their skills but also for their passion and vision. Mr. Fasfalis brings with him a wealth of experience that will quickly prove invaluable to our clients.”
