Xavier’s practice is focused on matters related to hiring, termination, labour standards, occupational health and safety, human rights and freedoms, restrictive covenants, certification and the interpretation and enforcement of individual employment contracts and collective labour agreements. Noted for his skills in risk mitigation, he serves business clients during corporate reorganizations and sales, and acts as a spokesperson for institutional and private clients during the negotiation or renewal of their collective agreements. Xavier also has considerable experience in immigration law, offering employers a turnkey service in their business immigration and international mobility files.
