Sébastien Laprise and Jean-Benoît Pouliot Give a Presentation on Best Strategies to Use When Contracting with Public Bodies

Sébastien Laprise and Jean-Benoît Pouliot from our Quebec City office provided a practical training session on the optimum strategies to use when contracting with public bodies, on November 17 in Quebec City and on December 8 in Montreal. 

At this symposium organized by Wolters Kluwer, Sébastien and Jean-Benoît provided an overview of the guidelines to follow for a successful contracting process, the needs and requirements inherent in an acquisition project, and the factors to bear in mind when preparing call-for-tender documents. 

They also had the opportunity to present their new book, a manual on best strategies to use when contracting with public bodies, which they co-wrote: Contrats des organismes publics – Manuel sur les meilleures stratégies.
