Érika Scott Savard practises civil and commercial litigation in the Construction and Infrastructure group. She represents various construction industry stakeholders in dispute prevention and resolution (adjudication, mediation, arbitration) before both the courts and standard-setting bodies. Her expertise encompasses construction delays and other claims, non-compliance and defects arising during construction and warranty periods, issues related to calls for tenders, legal hypothecs, surety bonds, and insolvency situations, among others. She also supports senior lawyers on complex cases.

Érika’s professional approach is marked by her curiosity, drive and commitment to detail in fulfilling the mandates she receives. Her prior experience in the fields of insurance and construction is a valuable asset for her clients.

During her university studies, Érika was a co-winner of the Coupe Jacques Deslauriers, a moot court competition. An avid traveller, she also had the opportunity to hone her legal skills during a term at the University of Strasbourg in France.
