Nathan D Richard

Nathan D Richard concentrates his practice on civil and commercial litigation as well as insurance law. His diverse interests have led him to handle a broad range of matters, including bankruptcy and insolvency, professional liability, and civil liability.

During his university studies, he completed a clerkship with the Honourable Alain Michaud and the Honourable Denis Jacques at the Québec Superior Court. This experience helped him develop the skills and knowledge needed to support clients involved in complex litigation effectively. Nathan also distinguished himself through his participation in the Pierre-Basile-Mignault Moot Court Competition, and his outstanding academic achievements earned him a place on the Law Faculty Honour Roll at Université Laval.

Nathan’s sporting career, which included college-level hockey, has instilled in him qualities such as discipline, rigour, and team spirit. These qualities continue to influence his legal practice, which he approaches with commitment and professionalism.
