Justin Reiter

Justin Reiter focuses his practice on commercial litigation, insolvency and corporate restructuring. He primarily represents financial institutions, lenders, licensed insolvency trustees, businesses and other stakeholders in complex matters requiring swift, strategic action. His experience spans extraordinary remedies, receiverships, proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA), and a broad range of commercial disputes.

He regularly appears before Québec’s trial and appellate courts, and in recent years has played a role in some of the largest corporate restructuring matters in Canada. He also advises financial institutions on financing, fraud, enforcement of security, hypothecary remedies, and receiverships. In every file, he is focused on building effective, tailored strategies that meet the specific commercial imperatives of each matter.
