Javeria Qureshi

Javeria Qureshi is a member of our Business Law team. Her practice focuses on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as commercial law. She is mainly involved in business sales and acquisitions (mergers and acquisitions), corporate reorganizations, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts. She assists local and international companies across a wide range of sectors in managing their business and legal challenges.

During her law studies, Javeria earned several awards and scholarships in recognition of her community involvement and academic excellence. She also completed a clerkship at the Québec Court of Appeal, where she contributed to drafting judgments and supporting the administration of justice in the province. She was also actively involved with the Mobile Legal Clinic and the Center for Research-Action on Race Relations.

Before joining our team, Javeria practised law at an international firm. She practises law in both English and French.
