Gabrielle Payette-Hébert

Gabrielle Payette-Hébert focuses her practice on labour and employment law. She represents employers in employment injury cases, both in terms of compensation and the allocation of costs related to employment injuries, notably before the Administrative Labour Tribunal’s Occupational Health and Safety Division. She also represents employers in criminal proceedings related to occupational health and safety.

Gabrielle was a lawyer at the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST), where she handled cases involving industrial accidents and occupational diseases. She also dealt with criminal proceedings in occupational health and safety matters. She appeared several times before the Court of Québec, Criminal and Penal Division, and the Administrative Labour Tribunal's Occupational Health and Safety Division.
