Andréa Nicolò

Andréa Nicolò is a lawyer in our Business Law group. She works primarily in transactional, commercial and corporate law. She helps companies navigate critical stages such as mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, turning complex legal challenges into strategic solutions.

Prior to joining the firm, Andréa gained her business acumen in an entrepreneurial environment, expanding her understanding of key business drivers. Her perspective on organizational and commercial challenges was further enriched through her experience within prominent companies.
