Nancy Lapierre

Nancy Lapierre is a member of our Business Law group. She works closely with the lawyers, helping draft and prepare legal documentation related to various commercial operations and transactions. She handles the incorporation, organization, extension, continuation, merger, dissolution and registration of companies, as well as changes to their status. She also reviews the status of companies and updates company books.

In the context of due diligence activities, Nancy conducts research in various computerized registers, including the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights (RPMRR), the Land Register of Québec and court records, as well as through other organizations (e.g., the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy of Canada, Federal Court), gathering the information needed to analyze transactions and draft research reports.
