Charles Lambert

Charles Lambert is a member of our business law team. He is interested in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, particularly mergers and acquisitions, securities law and technology law.

Charles regularly assists clients – from SMEs to major corporations – at various stages of their business projects, including the structuring and completion of commercial transactions. He is also called upon to draft and negotiate a wide range of business contracts.

Prior to joining our firm, Charles worked for a leading international law firm. He also holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), with a double specialization in business law and media, entertainment, technology and sports law. With this experience, Charles is well placed to understand the issues clients face when doing business in the United States.

During his studies, he worked in the legal department of the Québec Superior Court, where he conducted a wide range of legal research. He also worked closely with a community organization that offers legal services to citizens facing a variety of legal issues.

Charles practises law in both French and English.
