

Elie Khoury
LawyerElie Khoury’s practice focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on bankruptcy and insolvency matters. He represents insolvent companies, financial institutions, trustees, monitors, purchasers and administrators in matters relating to company restructuring, mergers and acquisitions involving distressed companies, as well as bankruptcies and asset realization.
Prior to joining the firm, Elie practised in a major international law firm, where he gained significant transaction experience. He has advised a wide range of clients, particularly those in the technology, energy, construction and financial services sectors. His strategic and creative approach enables him to assist clients in matters involving the realization of security interests as well as proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. Elie is a trilingual professional committed to excellence and outstanding professionalism in serving his clients.
Elie is recognized for his business acumen and his involvement in Montréal’s Lebanese business community, being a member of the Canadian Lebanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
