Jimenez Vanessa

Vanessa Jimenez is a corporate paralegal and a member of our Corporate and Commercial Law group. She also collaborates closely with the Tax group. She supports lawyers in various matters, including incorporations, extra‑provincial registrations, mergers, continuances, and corporate reorganizations. Additionally, she assists with drafting contracts and resolutions, as well as setting up and updating minute books. Vanessa also handles the preparation and submission of various corporate filings to provincial and federal business registries and helps ensure clients’ ongoing compliance.

Vanessa has developed versatile experience, which she applies with diligence and care in her work with both colleagues and clients. She is known for her calm demeanour, strong organizational skills, and keen attention to detail.
