Roxanne Hamel-Bouchard practises civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on civil, professional and medical liability and banking litigation.

She assists a wide clientele consisting of professionals, insurers, financial institutions and businesses with all aspects of a dispute, both before and after a case is brought to court. She provides legal advice, drafts pleadings, takes part in negotiation and represents clients before various courts.

Determined and rigorous, Roxanne makes it a point to provide efficient and outstanding service. She practises law in English and French.

Roxanne was on the Honour Roll of the Université Laval Faculty of Law for her excellent academic results, and her involvement with the International Criminal and Humanitarian Law Clinic also earned her the Bourse du Barreau de Québec, a scholarship given by the Québec City Bar. Before starting her career in law, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in public affairs and international relations.
