Aurélie Gauthier is a member of our Litigation group. She focuses her practice on corporate criminal law and administrative law, guiding her clients through complex matters that require both legal rigour and a nuanced understanding of regulatory issues.

She began her career as counsel at the Autorité des marchés financiers, where she developed solid expertise in investigations, production and communication orders, and the application of privileges. She has in-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework governing securities, investment contracts, insurance, and financial products and services. This experience enables her to provide sharp, practical strategic advice tailored to the specific realities of the various players in the sector.

Known for her attentiveness, analytical mind, and creative problem-solving, Aurélie brings a human touch and pragmatic approach to every matter she handles. She is committed to building lasting relationships with her clients and providing them with close, hands-on support at every step.
