Victoria Forest
LawyerVictoria Forest practises mainly in insurance law and civil and professional liability. She regularly drafts legal opinions and prepares litigation cases while playing a key role in a wide variety of engagements.
Victoria is known for her professionalism and attention to detail. With her analytical but personable approach, she is able to offer each client a solution adapted to their specific needs. Her solid writing skills and remarkable talent for legal research are put to good use defending the interests of her clients and guiding them diligently through the steps of their litigation.
Victoria’s academic background includes a semester studying law at Université de Montpellier, France. This experience deepened her knowledge of civil law and enhanced her comparative understanding of judicial systems. She also prepared and pleaded an appeal factum for the Université Laval mooting competition, where she tied for best pleader.
Her desire to contribute to the legal community led her to volunteer for the Legal Information Office at Université Laval.
