Vincent Dostaler-Tarte

Vincent Dostaler-Tarte works in insurance litigation, mainly representing construction professionals in professional liability cases. He is adept at exploring all aspects of a situation, enabling him to quickly devise the best strategies to meet his clients’ legal needs. His sharp mind, wide-ranging experience and unique interpersonal skills are key strengths in his litigation practice, a discipline that requires a thorough understanding of legal principles as well as strong people skills.

Vincent had a successful first career in the arts and events sector before turning to law. Among other things, he was responsible for orchestrating the logistics of large-scale events, leveraging his versatility, interpersonal skills, and unwavering commitment to achieving the desired outcomes. Sociable by nature, he quickly demonstrated his ability to forge bonds and establish a solid network of contacts.

During his studies, he served as president of the Civil Law Students Association at the University of Ottawa. He also acted as a law faculty mentor and was honoured with several awards in recognition of his excellent results.

Vincent is an ambassador and vice-chair of the board at the Suicide Prevention Centre of Montréal. In this capacity, he promotes the organization and helps support its prevention initiatives in various professional, institutional, and community circles.
