Sabrina Di Ciocco practises within the Labour and Employment Law group and offers legal services in both French and English. She is actively involved in various cases, with a particular interest in litigation and investigations into psychological and sexual harassment in the workplace. As part of her practice, she actively participates in providing strategic advice on a variety of issues, including labour standards, human rights, employee discipline, psychological and sexual harassment in the workplace, labour disputes, and the negotiation and interpretation of collective agreements.

Sabrina's professional approach is characterized by her self-assurance, analytical thinking, and drive. Motivated by an unwavering commitment to excellence, she efficiently identifies key issues and advocates for her clients’ interests with conviction, combining legal rigour with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Sabrina worked for over 5 year as a criminologist with the Director of Youth Protection (DYP), where she specialized in evaluation reports of sexual and physical abuse. This experience honed her negotiating skills and her ability to defend highly contested cases in court. Through her interdisciplinary and pragmatic approach, she established close collaborations with various school service centres and police departments. In line with her commitment to supporting immigrant communities, Sabrina joined the Intercultural Committee at her workplace.

During her law studies at Université Laval, Sabrina won the inaugural Grievance Arbitration Simulation organized by her faculty's labour law committee. She also worked as a volunteer with Université Laval’s Legal Information Office.
