John Chedid’s practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular interest in civil and commercial law. He handles matters involving class actions, civil liability, constitutional law, and administrative and regulatory law, both at trial and on appeal.

John represents and advises Canadian and international clients in the private and public sectors before various civil and arbitral tribunals across a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining our team, John practised litigation at a national firm as well as at a well-regarded boutique firm in Montréal. He also clerked as a research lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Québec.

John is fluent in French and English and has a working knowledge of Arabic.
