Jessica Bardakji practises in civil and commercial litigation. She works closely with the firm’s partners on a variety of significant matters, contributing to the analysis, preparation, and management of the files entrusted to her in order to provide clients with personalized legal services tailored to their specific needs. Her experience in real estate, bankruptcy, and insolvency matters has allowed her to develop an analytical and pragmatic approach—a valuable asset in addressing the unique legal challenges of each case.
During her legal studies, Jessica distinguished herself through her diligence and academic excellence, earning several prestigious awards. She also served as a representative on the Audit and Good Governance Committee of the Université de Montréal Law Students’ Association.
