Recognized for her rigorous and pragmatic approach, she regularly acts in matters involving certifications, collective agreements, labour standards, psychological harassment, occupational health and safety, pay equity, and human rights and freedoms.
She also advises businesses in the context of commercial transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings, supporting clients on all labour relations matters. A skilled litigator, she regularly represents clients before the main administrative and judicial bodies in Québec.
