March 17th, 2026

Driven by our commitment to attracting top-tier talent and bolstering our strategic areas of expertise, we are proud to welcome Rémi Leprévost as a partner in our Litigation group. His arrival further strengthens the firm’s ability to handle complex commercial litigation, particularly in insolvency and restructuring matters.

“I am delighted to begin this new chapter in my career with Langlois, a firm recognized for the quality of its expertise and its strong corporate culture, where collaboration and excellence go hand in hand. It’s a pleasure to reconnect with friends and colleagues for whom I have the highest regard, as well as to join a team of professionals whose reputation speaks for itself. Litigation is a hallmark of Langlois, and I look forward to contributing to the depth of such a high-calibre team while helping to further develop the firm’s bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring practice,” said Rémi.

“We are thrilled to welcome Rémi to Langlois,” said Sean Griffin, Chief Executive Officer of Langlois. “His arrival reflects the firm’s continued growth and the strength of our service offering. As commercial litigation matters and insolvency and restructuring files grow increasingly complex, Rémi brings valuable expertise that will further strengthen our team and enhance our capacity to support clients in these high-stake matters.”

A respected litigator, Rémi focuses his practice on business law and civil and commercial litigation. He is involved at every stage of litigation, from developing strategy to representing clients before the courts. His rigorous, pragmatic and results-driven approach is particularly effective during complex, high-stakes commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes and situations requiring urgent extraordinary remedies such as Anton Piller and Norwich orders, Mareva and other injunctions and seizures before judgment.

Rémi frequently acts in insolvency and restructuring matters, advising and representing a wide range of stakeholders, including financial institutions, trustees, secured creditors, investors, purchasers and monitors appointed under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA). He is also active in the real estate and construction sectors, regularly handling construction disputes and matters involving public procurement.

Welcome to Langlois, Rémi
