Érika practises civil and commercial litigation within our Construction and Infrastructure Law group, representing various stakeholders in the construction industry in preventing and resolving disputes, whether through adjudication, mediation, arbitration, or before judicial and administrative courts. Her expertise includes financial and schedule adjustment claims, non-compliance and defects occurring during construction or the warranty period, issues related to tenders, legal hypothecs (construction mortgages), surety bonds, and insolvency situations.
Known for her curiosity, drive, and attention to detail, Érika is highly appreciated by both her colleagues and clients.
