Working with employers of all sizes in both unionized and non-unionized environments, particularly those from the agri-food sector, Anne-Marie serves as a strategic ally in all matters relating to labour and employment relations. She provides insightful advice on issues related to hiring, termination, disciplinary or administrative actions, labour standards, human rights and freedoms, restrictive employment clauses, and government programs.
Eager to broaden her legal horizons, Anne-Marie completed part of her studies at the University of Essex in England, where she was introduced to international law and the principles of common law.
