The annual conference of the CEGQ (Corporation of General Contractors of Québec) will take place at the Hilton Lac-Leamy from February 11–13, 2026.
Our colleague Jean Patrick Dallaire, accompanied by Julie Fouquet (HUDL), will be among the many experts taking the floor. On February 12, from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., they will deliver a presentation entitled “L'approche collaborative de type RPI simplifiée pour le secteur privé” [The simplified, collaborative IPD approach for the private sector].
This presentation will cover the various stages involved in elaborating this type of contract, its advantages and limitations, as well as how it is administered and applied by teams on a regular basis. The presenters will also address the practical implications for day-to-day site operations, and the crucial elements to create winning conditions for all stakeholders, at every stage of the project.
