Véronique Roy named Trustee of The Canadian Foundation for Legal Research

We are pleased to announce that Langlois lawyer and partner Véronique Roy has been named to the Board of Trustees of The Canadian Foundation for Legal Research, where she will be one of the Quebec Bar representatives .

“I’m thrilled and humbled to be joining The Canadian Foundation for Legal Research Board of Trustees and look forward to working alongside its current members, whom I hold in great esteem. I’m keen to encourage academic research, which will directly impact access to justice as well as the practice of law, namely in the fields of Family and Aboriginal Law,” mentions Véronique Roy.

The Canadian Foundation for Legal Research was created in 1959 to support research that enhances the practice of law in Canada by exploring trends and issues. Funded research provides lawyers, judges and legal professionals with evidence generated by thought leaders in the profession across Canada.
