Vassilis Fasfalis, seasoned business lawyer, chooses Langlois Lawyers

Drawing on the strength of his twenty-year career, Vassilis will provide strategic counsel to our clients at every stage of their projects from our Saguenay and Québec City offices. His expertise in construction and infrastructure law is as broad as it is deep, encompassing the management of files with interests in Canada’s Far North, business law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, governance, ethics and integrity, mining and natural resources law, and energy law. Prior to joining Langlois, Vassilis held management positions with two leading Québec construction companies and spent more than ten years with a prominent Québec law firm, including as a partner.
