Langlois Lawyers is pleased to welcome Valerie Di Lena to the Business Law Group in Montréal. Valerie’s practice focuses primarily on the areas of financial services, insolvency and restructuring and banking and commercial litigation.
As a banking law practitioner, Valerie advises both financial institutions and public and private companies with respect to the enforcement of securities and personal guarantees, the negotiation of standstill agreements and various insolvency-related issues. Her corporate practice is focused on business transactions, namely mergers and acquisitions, financing and a variety of commercial agreements.
Prior to beginning her legal career, she held various roles at a financial institution which enabled her to gain in-depth knowledge of the banking industry.
