Romeo Aguilar Perez, Louis Lafleur and Gabrielle Turcotte-Fraser are joining Langlois
Montréal, May 23, 2019 – The expansion of Langlois continues with the addition of three new talents to its Montréal office, Romeo Aguilar Perez, Louis Lafleur and Gabrielle Turcotte-Fraser.

Romeo Aguilar Perez, CHRP, joins our labour and employment law group. He advises and assists clients with the interpretation of collective agreements, grievance arbitrations, matters involving labour relations, labour standards, occupational health and safety, administrative investigations and employment-related litigation files. He is also frequently consulted regarding the handling of work-related psychological or sexual harassment complaints. Romeo has a Master’s degree in privacy law pertaining to the use of social networks.
Louis Lafleur joins our labour and employment law group. In his practice he primarily advises employers on all matters pertaining to labour and employment law, including issues inherent in both individual and collective labour relations, administrative investigations, occupational health and safety, and employment-related litigation. He is also experienced in drafting contracts, as well as legal proceedings presented before courts, administrative tribunals and grievance arbitrators.
Gabrielle Turcotte-Fraser joins our business law group, after having worked for two years as a legal advisor on one of the largest construction sites in North America. Her involvement in the project’s management and operations allowed her to develop competencies in public-private partnerships for infrastructure projects, as well as in construction law and commercial law. Gabrielle has also been involved in asset management, particularly regarding the acquisition, lease and sale of equipment, assessing risks inherent in a construction project and managing builder’s risk insurance projects.
