Seasoned business lawyer Jeremy Tseng named partner at Langlois
Langlois Lawyers is proud to welcome new partner Jeremy Tseng to its Business Law group.
With a career spanning two decades here in Québec and abroad, notably in Asia, and expertise in complex international transactions, Jeremy represents a global clientele consisting mainly of private equity funds and private investors.
With a keen interest in commercial issues involving the Asia-Pacific region, Jeremy is regularly called upon to assist with private mergers and acquisitions and financings, effectively reconciling transpacific legal issues and cultural differences in a business context.
“Recognizing the importance of intercultural effectiveness and how it facilitates and fosters successful and sustainable international relationships, I am committed to using the skills and expertise that I have gained throughout my career working in Asia and in Québec to help Langlois, my new colleagues and our clients anticipate and work through the legal and business challenges that are inherent in international business transactions,” shared Jeremy.
Jeremy is an active member of Québec’s Asian community and is also involved with several global organizations, namely the Global Federation of Chinese Women, Fo Guan Shan and the Tzu-Chi Foundation.
