Pierre-Luc Desgagné, a partner in the business law group at Langlois Lawyers, was interviewed recently on blvd 102.1 FM’s program Nathalie le midi about the challenges of managing Hydro-Québec’s vast hydraulic reservoirs in Northern Quebec and their importance in Quebec’s energy portfolio.
