Pascal Archambault and Marie-Pier Desmeules to review amendments to privacy legislation

On December 9, Langlois lawyers Pascal Archambault and Marie-Pier Desmeules will present an information session on the proposed amendments to the Canadian Consumer Privacy Protection Act (Bill C-11) and its impact on employers. They will also discuss the implications in relation to Bill 64, which seeks to reform privacy legislation in Québec.

The videoconference is organized by the Conseil du patronat du Québec (CPQ, Quebec Employers’ Council) and will be chaired by lawyer Karolyne Gagnon, the CPQ’s Vice-President, Labour and legal affairs. Click here to find out more and register (in French only).
