On March 11, Jean Patrick Dallaire, William D. Hart and Guillaume François Larouche, will present a panel entitled “Made in Canada. French business access to public contracts, jointly with the French CCI in Canada its general manager, Sandrine Perrault. The Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) gives French companies access to calls for tenders in Québec.
