Maxime Chouinard Has Returned to Langlois
Montréal, September 16, 2019 – Langlois lawyers is pleased to announce that Maxime Chouinard has chosen Langlois. As a tax lawyer, Maxime devotes much of his practice to tax litigation and business law. Having practiced at Langlois from 2015 to 2018, he later worked at a large accounting firm in corporate reorganization.

Moreover, Maxime assists charitable organizations in connection with the Canada Revenue Agency’s registration process for charitable donations.
Maxime also provides tax litigation services, which range from representing his clients’ interests in connection with tax audits matters to court appearances, if required. His areas of expertise varies from provincial and federal goods and services taxes to income tax matters, tax claims recovery, scientific research and experimental development tax credits (SR&ED) and access to information issues.
