Having joined Langlois in September 2021 following the successful merger with Séguin Racine Avocats, the new partners bring with them extensive experience in business law.
With over twenty years of experience, Angela concentrates her practice on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing and corporate law.
Éric, who is regularly involved in national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, focuses primarily on public and private corporate financing, securities, corporate governance and corporate and commercial law.
